Alan WilliamsChief Executive Officer
Mr. Williams has nearly 25 years’ experience providing management consulting services and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of BCS, LLC’s service delivery. He is an organization strategist with extensive experience in strategic planning, business architecting, organization and governance structure design, and performance and change management.
Mr. Williams spent nearly 15 years working as an executive at Accenture, the world's largest international management and technology consulting firm. He has advised Fortune 500 companies, civilian and defense federal and state government agencies, and multilateral organizations (e.g. The World Bank) on effectively addressing complex organizational challenges. In addition, he was selected as 1 of 10 executives globally to manage the development of Accenture’s long-term corporate strategy.
Mr. Williams has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University, a Master of Science in Management (MBA) degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development degree from the MIT Center for Real Estate. In addition, he is completing his doctorate degree in Organization Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California and is a fellow of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
James VeresChief Financial Officer
Mr. Veres has more than 30 years of federal contracting experience in managing corporate operations and supporting government clients. He has worked in large and small organizations and is currently responsible for leading BCS’ accounting, human resources, and contracts administration activities. Mr. Veres holds an M.A.S. from Johns Hopkins University in Information Technology Management, and a B.S. in Finance and Management from the University of Steubenville.
Kenneth M. GreenSenior Vice President
Mr. Green has more than 30 years of experience in the energy field. He has provided economic and market analysis for private-sector clients in the oil and gas, cogeneration, and renewable energy industries. He has extensive experience supporting federal and state energy programs in the areas of energy efficiency and renewable energy research and development, energy emergency preparedness and response, and energy technology export development. Mr. Green holds a MBA in International Business from Thunderbird and a B.S. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute®.
Robert D. Naranjo, PMP®Vice President, Technology and Analysis
Mr. Naranjo is the Vice President of Technology and Analysis for BCS, LLC, overseeing three of the company's business units—Science & Engineering, S&T Policy Analysis, and Economic & Market Analysis. He has more than 15 years of experience in technical analysis and management consulting, including 10 years in government consulting, and has led several analytical and outreach projects for a diverse range of clients in both the public and private sector. Mr. Naranjo's work includes management and oversight of extensive research, industry, and market analysis, development of R&D portfolios, technology roadmaps, organizing and facilitating portfolio reviews, and meeting planning. He has a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Colorado-Boulder, Leeds School of Business and a B.S. in International Business from Georgetown University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute®.
Morgan Evans, PMP®Vice President, Communications and Outreach
Ms. Evans is the Vice President of Communications and Outreach for BCS, LLC. She has more than 12 years of experience supporting the communications efforts of government, academic, and private-sector clients. Her work with client programs and organizations extends to all aspects of communications and outreach planning, implementation, and evaluation. This includes performing communications research and analysis; developing strategic communications plans; producing electronic and print newsletters; conducting website usability studies; leading website redesign efforts; managing the production of high-level publications; and drafting and editing a variety of both technical and outreach-focused documents, including annual reports, fact sheets, case studies, success stories, press releases, brochures, web content, social media posts, and more. At BCS, Ms. Evans oversees communications, graphic design, event planning, and operations staff providing support to federal, state, and national lab oratory clients. Ms. Evan’s educational background includes a Master of Arts degree in Communication from The University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies with a Minor in English from The Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, Ms. Evans became a certified Project Management Professional® by the internationally recognized Project Management Institute in March 2012.
Feridun AlbayrakSenior Manager, Energy Programs
Mr. Albayrak brings more than 30 years of federal sector experience in support of U.S. Department of Energy programs involving coal, oil, natural gas, and energy efficiency and renewables, as well as management of complex, large multi-year support contracts. His support services and expertise encompass all aspects of program planning, analysis, and evaluation, including strategic planning, energy resource, technology and market assessments, R&D portfolio development, cost-benefit analysis, regulatory and environmental impact assessment, technology transfer, and communication and outreach. Mr. Albayrak has a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Technical University of Istanbul and an M.S. in Mineral Economics from Stanford University.
